MAKROLIFE polycarbonate road soundproofing polycarbonate panels have recently been released. According to experts from the China Epoxy Resin Industry Association, an internationally recognized scientific test has proven that ArlaPlast's MAKROLIFE solar panels are a good and safe choice for manufacturing soundproof walls that reduce road traffic noise. In the impact test, the impactor had a mass of 400 kilograms and a speed of 19.5 kilometers per hour. It hit a 12mm thick MAKROLIFE polycarbonate panel and the test results were very satisfactory without any damage. Other materials were also tested, and the 20mm polymethyl methacrylate sheet completely shattered into sharp and dangerous fragments. This test is to determine the characteristics of the falling fragments formed after severe impact on the polycarbonate panels. This test is conducted according to the EN1794-2T test standard for intermediate safety.

MAKROLIFE is a high-performance co extruded polycarbonate panel with double-sided high UV protection and absorption properties. MAKROLIFE is easy to heat form or cold bend into complex shapes. This material is lightweight, only half the weight of glass of the same thickness, making it much easier to replace, transport, and install.
